The land we buy is commercial and residential, urban and rural, anywhere from single-family lots in the city to 50-acre parcels in the countryside, and everything in between. By working directly with sellers to acquire their vacant lots and properties and bring them to market efficiently, we can get property listed for as little as 60% below market value. We work hard to get these deals to our customers, and we pride ourselves on this work, offering some of the best prices on land available anywhere in the market today. You can purchase directly in cash for a cash discount, or we can work out financing through our in-house seller financing services, with no banks and no credit checks necessary.
